"It took until this afternoon, but I finally heard what I was waiting to hear: My mother said not only that she was amazed
(which you had already heard on Friday) but also that her things looked even nicer than they had in her old house.
This is, in fact, true, but when we left her after dinner Friday evening, she still seemed pretty unhappy about her move. By the
time I went to see her today, her mood was much better, and the apartment looked lovely (as it had on Friday, too).
I want to thank all of you for your support, your help, your flexibility and your willingness to do whatever it took to facilitate this
big change – down to the end when it came to installing the hanging planter, when I know you were really tired. You made
all the difference, not only for my mother but for my husband and me. This will be the first truly worry free night's sleep I will
